CERERIAMOLLA.GR CUSTOMERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN SELECTED AND RECEIVED, WITHIN A PERIOD THAT DOES NOT EXCEED THE LIMIT. SHIPPING COSTS OF THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE COMPANY AND ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
The return policy of ordered and shipped products can only be valid if:
The product has not suffered any intentional or unintentional damage from the customer (including damage due to poor transport, careless removal of packaging, incorrect installation, improper use, etc.)
The product has not been used.
The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents.
The product to be returned is accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the retail purchase receipt.
No more than 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date of delivery of the product to the customer or the transport agency.
The product has not been damaged on return due to poor packaging by the customer or poor management by the transport company.
All our products are checked before they are sent to you.
WARNING: IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT AND SOMEONE FOUND THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS OR HAVE ANY defects, THEN THE PRODUCT RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME.

For your best service, please, in any case of return, first contact the Orders Department via email at sales@cereriamolla.gr informing about the return intention and the reason for it.
VALUE MANAGEMENT OF RETURNED ITEMS
In case you wish the return of the value of the net value of the returned items and not the purchase of alternative products, you must inform us by phone and indicate in writing by email to sales@cereriamolla.gr a bank account to which you are the beneficiary, wherever the amount will be deposited to you. Refunds are made only in the case of a defective product. The shipping cost you paid to pick up your order is non-refundable.
In any case of return of items, the price of their shipment to ceceriamolla.gr is borne by the customer.
